A: Personal license is for personal & non-commercial use. If use Remotix for business or at work you need to obtain Professional license.
Q: What does license include?
A: Every license includes one year of free email support and one year maintenance period. During maintenance period you can upgrade to any major version for free.
Q: How long is my license valid?
A: Remotix for Mac is licensed via a perpetual license for the version purchased, with no annual or recurring fees required.
Q: How many licenses should I purchase for my company?
A: You should purchase as many professional licenses as many Authorized Users will use Remotix for Mac. Authorized user is the one running Remotix application on his/her machine, no matter the number of remote computers.
Q: What happens when my maintenance period expires?
A: First of all, you can still use Remotix, although it won't receive any further updates. You can renew your maintenance period at any time and receive the discount on the renewal before expiration. After expiration, you can purchase the maintenance period extension at a 30% discount.
